  • Dogwood Hills is a great setting for birthdays, showers, reunions, anniversary celebrations, corporate gatherings, rehearsal dinners, and other private events. If you have something different in mind, send us an inquiry and we’ll be happy to discuss it.

  • Yes, you can bring food or your own caterer. We also have options for food prepared on site for your event. Let us know what you have in mind when you submit your inquiry, and we can review the options with you.

  • You will be able to choose from several options, including a fixed wine list, open cash bar, or even no alcohol at all. We want your event to be special and will accommodate accordingly. Outside distilled spirits are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance by Dogwood Hills and permitted under applicable state and local alcohol regulations.

    We can also provide a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for your guests.

  • Yes, you can. We want your event to be special and personal. We will not allow any decorations to be hung on the walls without prior written approval.

  • Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount depends on your scheduled date. We will discuss those details with you during the planning call for your event.

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends and larger gatherings. Availability varies throughout the year, so submitting an inquiry is the best way to check a specific date.
